ANNEX No 1 TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 4F ONLINE STORE

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz z siedzibą w Krasnem (Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland), e-mail address: shop@highandsafe.pl, telephone number: +48 880 529 273) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

5. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via electronic means on our website https://highandsafe.pl. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. via email).

6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the means of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

2. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.

3. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or an evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

4. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz, Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

RescuePack Reach (RescueHauler) with ProSeal is the simple yet versatile award winning self contained dedicated fall arrest rescue system available. This award winning system was designed for vertical rescue of a suspended person from almost any fall protection system by lowering or lifting. Supplied in ProSeal storage solution protects against degradation prolonging the life of the equipment up to 20 years and offers a supremely simple method of inspection.

Features the NEW RescueHauler rope controller is a simple and intuitive rescue device optimised for rescue and lifting / lowering operations.

The RescueHauler has an auto-locking function when the handle is released and a progressive secondary brake if the handle is pulled sharply in panic. This mechanism is typically more intuitive for users, than devices that trip out and require resetting.

RescuePack Reach (RescueHauler) with ProSeal delivers a mechanical advantage for lifting of around 3:1 by the use of the stainless steel HURRICANE. Rope device can pay rope out but lock when a load is applied. Hook can attach to D ring or harness shoulder strap if needed.

The RescuePack Reach contains the Xtendr compact locking extendable rescue reach pole with large attachment hook. The telescopic pole extends for 3.7 m to reach a casualty on an extended energy absorbing lanyard. The modified scaffold hook features a smooth modified gate profile to prevent snagging and ensures easy attachment to the casualty – essential in cases of suspected suspension intolerance when speed is vital. This method of casualty attachment does not rely on being able to clip a specific attachment ring on the casualty. High strength, heavy duty design is rigid when fully extended, with sturdy locking mechanism and unique quick release bracket. Non-conductive.

This fall arrest rescue system can be used in very constricted space and does not need anchor points to be placed in specific positions.
