ANNEX No 1 TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 4F ONLINE STORE

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz z siedzibą w Krasnem (Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland), e-mail address: shop@highandsafe.pl, telephone number: +48 880 529 273) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

5. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via electronic means on our website https://highandsafe.pl. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. via email).

6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the means of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

2. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.

3. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or an evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

4. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz, Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

5. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the item

TowerPack Pro Tower Rescue System to be used by trained persons to perform vertical rescues like snatch or pick off rescues. The system is suitable for both no-cut and conventional cut rescue methods.

Self-contained rescue system featuring the advanced POWERLOCK descender CE approved, with secondary braking, variable friction and high load rating of 200 kg. POWERLOCK has also passed EN12841C dynamic (drop) test. POWERLOCK can also be used as a lowering device and the rope can be removed and re-threaded for multiple or repeat lowering operations. The POWERLOCK features an over lock to prevent accidental descent. The descender has a large and easy to use handle that will stop the descent if pulled too hard giving a safe descent.

Includes heightec’s VANTAGE rescue pulley system to remove the need to cut casualty attachment. The pulley is extremely simple and intuitive to operate and offers a strong, light, tangle free method of lifting and transferring a casualty.

The pick off sling and safety shears enable the traditional cut style rescue method. The safety shears can easily cut a loaded rope or lanyard but help prevent injuries to the user and are attached via cord to prevent them being dropped.

The TowerPack Pro tower rescue system is designed and tested for a two person load.
