ANNEX No 1 TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 4F ONLINE STORE

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz z siedzibą w Krasnem (Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland), e-mail address: shop@highandsafe.pl, telephone number: +48 880 529 273) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

5. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via electronic means on our website https://highandsafe.pl. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. via email).

6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the means of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

2. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.

3. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or an evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

4. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz, Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

The Over Trousers of the MASCOT® ACCELERATE SAFE series are work trousers of a universal design, intended for use, regardless of gender. Pants provide comfort and freedom of movement, protect against the adverse effects of weather conditions and guarantee safety in conditions of limited visibility. The product has been designed in accordance with the EN ISO 20471 standard, which defines the requirements for the visibility of workwear for employees performing work tasks in high-risk areas.

Work trousers from the MASCOT® ACCELERATE SAFE series are made of intensely dyed, fluorescent fabric, which, in combination with reflective elements, provides the user with a high degree of visibility, especially important when working in places with poor visibility or poor lighting. The material used to make the pants is characterized by high durability and is certified in accordance with EN 343, confirming that the material provides a high level of protection against rainfall, and at the same time allows the skin to breathe and transports moisture away from the body. Places particularly exposed to water ingress, such as material seams, are secured with taped seams.

The Over Trousers of the MASCOT® ACCELERATE SAFE series have a number of ergonomic solutions that increase their functionality. The shape of the legs has been developed in accordance with the anatomical movement of the body, thanks to which they do not restrict the user, regardless of the position in which the work is performed. The pants have lacing at the waist and a rubber welt and internal welts at the leg ends, at the foot, so they can be optimally adapted to the shape of the body. The zippers in the lower part are designed to increase the diameter of the leg, which allows them to be slipped over the uppers of work shoes. The pants have solutions that increase the comfort of use, such as openings at the front with a zipper, on both sides, through which you can pull the trouser pockets, a key ring as well as a reinforced ruler pocket with a small outer pocket. The knee pockets are easily and individually adjustable for height and are designed for the knee pads. Made of durable polyester with entry from the bottom, thanks to which the pockets for dirt accumulate. They are certified according to EN14404 for use with MASCOT® SHORT or LONG insoles. The product has a certificate confirming the preservation of properties up to 50 home washes.

The Over Trousers of the MASCOT® ACCELERATE SAFE are available in three different colors.

The material used for the production o is marked with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certificate, which confirms that it is free of harmful chemicals and dyes. The certification process requires meeting strict criteria - stricter than those specified in the law. All materials included in the product are tested, not only textiles, but also prints, accessories, zippers and filling materials.
