Over Trousers

The Over Trousers of the MASCOT® SAFE SUPREME  are work trousers of a universal design, intended for use, regardless of gender. Pants provide comfort and freedom of movement, protect against the adverse effects of weather conditions and guarantee safety in conditions of limited visibility. The product has been designed in accordance with the EN ISO 20471 standard, which defines the requirements for the visibility of workwear for employees performing work tasks in high-risk areas.

Work trousers from the MASCOT® SAFE SUPREME series are made of a fluorescent fabric with an intense color, which, in combination with oblique reflective elements, provides a high blended visibility guaranteeing safety in low visibility conditions. The material is characterized by high durability, significantly extending the life of the product, and has certification in accordance with the EN 343 standard, defining the requirements for waterproof clothing, providing protection against wind and draining moisture from the body surface. Places particularly exposed to water ingress, such as material seams, are secured with taped seams. For full thermal comfort, it is recommended to use clothing that transports moisture to the outside, also on the inner layers of the work clothes.

The Over Trousers of the MASCOT® SAFE SUPREME have a number of ergonomic solutions that increase their functionality. The shape of the legs has been developed in accordance with the anatomical movement of the body, thanks to which they provide full freedom of movement regardless of the position in which the work is performed. To ensure a better fit to the shape of the figure, the pants have a rubber welt and lace-up adjustment at the waist, and an extra-long zipper with a storm flap on the outside of the lower leg, which makes it easy to put on the boots. In addition to standard flap pockets, fastened with snaps, securing the contents of the pockets against uncontrolled emptying, the pants are equipped with a reinforced ruler pocket and a key ring. The knee pockets are easily and individually adjustable for height and are designed for the knee pads. Made of durable polyester with entry from the bottom, thanks to which the pockets for dirt accumulate. They are certified according to EN14404 for use with MASCOT® SHORT or LONG insoles. The product has a certificate confirming the preservation of properties up to 50 home washes.

The Over Trousers of the MASCOT® SAFE SUPREME are available in two different colors.

The material used for the production o is marked with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certificate, which confirms that it is free of harmful chemicals and dyes. The certification process requires meeting strict criteria - stricter than those specified in the law. All materials included in the product are tested, not only textiles, but also prints, accessories, zippers and filling materials.
