ANNEX No 1 TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 4F ONLINE STORE

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz z siedzibą w Krasnem (Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland), e-mail address: shop@highandsafe.pl, telephone number: +48 880 529 273) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

5. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via electronic means on our website https://highandsafe.pl. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. via email).

6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the means of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

2. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.

3. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or an evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

4. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz, Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

5. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the item

The functional undershirt from the MASCOT® CROSSOVER series is a lightweight, knitted undershirt that provides a perfect fit to the body shape, which means that it can be worn regardless of the user's gender.

The undershirt is made of ultra-light material with moisture-wicking properties, which allows the body to stay dry and minimizes the risk of cooling down the body. The material also has insulation values, providing the user with thermal comfort in situations when it is exposed to the adverse effects of low temperatures. The modern cut combined with flexible material makes the undershirt perfectly adapt to the shape of the body and can be used under outerwear as the first layer.

The functional undershirt from the MASCOT® CROSSOVER series provides a feeling of comfort and full freedom of movement. The long sleeve is perfect for exposure to low temperatures in the workplace and on cold days when working outdoors. The product was made in a seam-free technology, and the washing instructions were woven into the material, which allowed for the elimination of tags, so that the product does not expose the user to irritation, abrasions or chafing.
