ANNEX No 1 TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 4F ONLINE STORE

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz z siedzibą w Krasnem (Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland), e-mail address: shop@highandsafe.pl, telephone number: +48 880 529 273) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

5. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via electronic means on our website https://highandsafe.pl. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. via email).

6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the means of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

2. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.

3. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or an evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

4. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz, Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

5. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the item

The WTG Wind Turbine Climber Kit HELIX – International contains high specification equipment specifically designed for the demanding environment of offshore and onshore wind industry.

At the heart of the work kit is our HELIX climber’s harness. A uniquely designed lightweight solution that prioritises comfort, fit and function for all body types, regardless of size or gender, fitting men and women. The new HELIX climber’s harness is uniquely tailored to accommodate male and female body types, with five points of adjustment for height, torso length, chest, waist, rise and thigh dimensions. The design prioritises a high level of comfort and support for an unrivalled range of user sizes and is gender-inclusive to fit men and women due to its high adjustability.

heightec’s WTG Wind Turbine Climber Kit HELIX – International also includes our ELITE Twin lanyards. High specification twin lanyards with integral suspension intolerance relief footloop and CE/ANSI hook terminations. heightec ELITE lanyards are the only lanyards on the market with an automatically deploying footloop.

This work kit also includes the DUON-Air technical safety helmet. This allows for:

The kit also includes the PIRANHA work positioning lanyard. The Piranha adjustable lanyard has a gradual action and can be accurately controlled with one hand – for both taking in and paying out.

The WTG Climbers Kit (International) contains everything needed to climb and work in the offshore and onshore wind industry (except for the vertical fall arrest traveller which is specific to each WTG).

All work kits come complete with our versatile KARI transport bag (B30 – WLL 18kg). heightec’s KARI bag range is tough, waterproof and suitable for storage and hauling.
