ANNEX No 1 TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 4F ONLINE STORE

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz z siedzibą w Krasnem (Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland), e-mail address: shop@highandsafe.pl, telephone number: +48 880 529 273) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

5. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via electronic means on our website https://highandsafe.pl. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. via email).

6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the means of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.

2. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.

3. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or an evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

4. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: High & Safe Mariusz Solarz, Krasne 400B, 36-007 Krasne, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

5. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the item

The EXTOL is an advanced full body quick connect harness with integrated SYNC ascender, designed for rope access. The unique design of this element increases comfort and makes ascending easier and more efficient.

VECTOR descender features progressive handle operation and panic brake is more intuitive for users unlike devices that trip out. Cam design provides precision control when descending, giving a safe and more predictable descent. Suitable for use in more aggressive work environments (slopes, dirty, grit and muddy ropes for example) or if descending quickly past an obstacle.

heightec ascenders have high load ratings and incorporate our X-Cam Pro™ technology. X-Cam Pro™ is an evolution on our already successful X-Cam™ technology, giving a considerable improvement over “traditional” sharp toothed cams.

DUON-Air technical safety helmet offers total compliance for complex environments with changing hazards. This multi-featured helmet is highly adjustable with 7 points of adjustment, providing exceptional fit, stability and comfort. Amongst its features the DUON also has variable venting options, configurable chinstrap for climbing/confined space, replaceable pads and is compatible with a full range of accessories.

KARI 30L Transport Bag – tough, waterproof and suitable for storage and hauling. They bring together all the features of traditional dry bags but with increased protection. Different sizes and styles of KARI bag are available to suit various functions such as personal kits, rescue systems, rope, tool bags etc.

This rope access work kit is ready to use straight out of the bag.
